Swinhay was established from a project managment background in the public and private sectors.
In the commercial sector this involved the construction and conversion of manufacturing facilities with close controlled clean rooms, assembly areas, off ice accomodation and the the provision of staff restaurant and leisure facilities.
In the public sector, works have been carried out in both the NHS and for schools. These works have been planned and budgeted to ensure maximum value for money with minimum disruption to the facilities.
Project managment remains core to Swinhay's business. This enables us to approach contracts from both the client's and contractors perspective, ensuring that projects can be delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality.
